Fr. Collins Park: Official Opening

Dublin City Council has informed me that the official opening of the newly refurbished and upgraded Fr. Collins Park will take place on Wednesday 27th May at 11.00am. I have been lucky enough to have had a sneak preview of the park and I must say it will be a fabulous resource and recreation area for the whole community and a fitting monument to Fr. Joe Collins who is remembered with such affection by the Parish. I think he would be very happy to think of the joy people will get from the facility which was named in his honour.
