Special Vine Mass: A special vine Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Eamonn Walsh at the Church of the Incarnation, Fettercairn (Springfield) on Saturday 31st of March. This will be a Taize style Mass with music and reflections followed by light refreshments.

Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir: The Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir will perform in the Church of the Ascension of the Lord, Balally Parish, Dublin 16, in a fundraising concert for the new Pastoral Centre. The event takes place this Friday (23rd March) at 8.00pm. Tickets €10 on sale after all weekend Masses and from the parish office. Mary Immaculate Parish, Inchicore: The family tree healing Mass will be held tonight (Wednesday) with celebrant Fr Cathal Price. Adoration from 6-7pm with Mass and prayer ministry at 7pm.

Invitation to choirs to participate in the 50th International Eucharistic Congress: Germaine Carlos was appointed last week to co-ordinate the participation of choirs and music groups in IEC2012. Choirs/music groups to participate in the main liturgical celebrations of the week (10-16 June) in the R.D.S. as members of the Pilgrim Choir. The Pilgrim Choir will be divided into groups and will be seated in designated areas throughout the R.D.S. arena under the direction of a conductor. Because there are musicians engaged to accompany the liturgies it will not be possible to accommodate individual instrumentalists for these liturgies. Service of Remembrance: The Annual Service of Remembrance will be held in Our Lady of Dolours Church, Dolphin’s Barn on Sunday 15th April at 3.00pm. All are welcome to attend.

Irish Hospice Foundation: A Professional Certificate in Children and Loss is being run by the Irish Hospice Foundation and certified by the Royal College of Surgeons. Please note that applications can be made on-line only through the RCSI website, www.rcsi.ie/childrenandloss. The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 4th May.
