Parish Church

Holy Trinity Parish Church is located on the Grange Road in Donaghmede, Dublin 13. The Eircode for the church is D13 H920. Click here for a map.

By car, from the M1 or M50

  • Take the R139 signposted for Malahide. At the junction with the Malahide Road (Hilton Hotel), continue straight ahead towards Donaghmede and Baldoyle.
  • At the first roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Donaghmede.
  • Continue for 500m, and the church will be visible on the right, opposite the shopping centre. The entrance to the church car park is on the right, 100m past the pedestrian crossing.

By car, from the city centre

  • Take the Malahide Road (R107), and at the junction with the R139 (Hilton Hotel), turn right towards Donaghmede and Baldoyle.
  • At the first roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Donaghmede.
  • Continue for 500m, and the church will be visible on the right, opposite the shopping centre. The entrance to the church car park is on the right, 100m past the pedestrian crossing.

By bus

  • Dublin Bus route H1 (which has replaced route 29a) stops outside the church in both directions.
  • Dublin Bus route 15 stops 500m from the church, near the junction of Clare Hall Avenue and Grange Road (Donaghmede Roundabout).
  • Go-Ahead route N6 (which has replaced route 17a) stops 500m from the church, near the junction of Kilbarrack Road and Grange Road (Kilbarrack Fire Station).

By train

  • Howth Junction & Donaghmede railway station is just under 1 km from the church. All northside DART services and some Northern Commuter services stop here.
  • Follow the signs for the Donaghmede exit from the station. Cross the green area in front of the station, veering right onto Carndonagh Lawn.
  • At the T-junction with Donaghmede Road, turn left and continue as far as Donaghmede Shopping Centre.
  • Turn right onto Newbrook Road, and enter the grounds of the shopping centre at the pedestrian crossing.
  • Walk through the shopping centre, or around it to the right, and exit onto Grange Road at the taxi rank; the church is on the opposite side of the road.
