Free Talk: Five Ways to Wellbeing

Raheny Library is delighted to present a free online talk entitled “Five Ways to Wellbeing” on Tuesday 23rd February at 11.00am.

In this online talk, learn how to define mental health and wellbeing. Gain an improved understanding of how we can make changes to look after our mental health and explore the application of the “Five Ways to Wellbeing” as a helpful coping strategy during tough times. The event will be facilitated by Miffy Hoad, Development Officer with Mental Health Ireland.
